Subject:  Sour Relations
Question:  My parents are 50+ and still fight a lot on pitty issues. Every morning my life start with negativity because of their behavior and circumstances at home. This irritates me so I also shout. I want to keep quite but lose my patience .I am losing my balance of mind and every day join office with a level of stress. If I talk about separate living then they show emotion towards my kids and accuse me of irresponsible son. My father has lost all of his money in share market and still don’t accept his mistake and try to dominate everyone at home and mother starts crying on small-small matters which further lead to uneasiness at home. I know I have leave in this circumstance only so please guide me how to balance my mind and live positively without stressing myself. How to ignore my own parents ,I am having a hate in my heart for them now since they have always behaved in this way.
