I have a toddler 2 yrs old and is underweight..Can anybody pl tell the food habits I should follow...meal and snacks habits...I am a vegetarian and we eat North indian food..I read tht kids should be given 2 snacks and 3 meals a day...I give my toddler upma for snack once..The mornings r pure struggle to make him to eat..in the afternoon I give him dal,chapati...Can anyone with toddler guide me what and how much should I be giving him to eat...I have heard this several times tht kids know what to eat ,and they should not be forced...apart from this can anyone tell me the food pattern they follow with their toddler..as in how much chapati/rice they give at lunch and dinner...the snacks,fruits and vegetables and apart from this yogurt and other food...
