Hi I am Prashant. I have changed my job 2 years back. In my previous company I worked for 11months. But some how I have not transfered the old EPF ac to my new EPF account. Last month I went up to my old company to fill up the form to transfer or to withdraw the EPF amount. But the could not be completed due to some HR person was not available that day.
Adding to this, I just got to know that my old company was aquired by some other company & the name of the company also changed along with the office address. Now I am in dilema whether I would get back my money or not? Because my older company no longer exists , So who is going to sort it out?? Please help me out of this....
