I think Honda Unicorn is better in mileage than the bikes you mentioned costing 50,000 INR . But among the bikes you mentioned bajaj pulsar is supposed to be the best one both in terms of milea

for a low maintaneance you can always go for bajaj bikes like pulsar.but if you want mileage ,speed and class yuo have different bikes for each of these parameters.
