hi ammas,
i'm the member of ammas.com.recently from my acct,i made shopping in sify.com,through online,at that time my acct balance is Rs 503/-.after doing shopping,balance was Rs 53/-.but the problem is,till now i didnt received the product,what i ordered.When i asked them,abt my product.they r telling amt was not paid by you.what is that.yesterday also i ordered another product,again balance was reduced,but the product is not delivered.please ammas,what is happening,day by day,my balance is reducing,why it was.please tell me,am waiting for you reply. |

| Dear Sir, It seems that there is a bug/problem in your software because i have observed that the querys 156431(Query on Diwali Celebration ) and 156799(Query on US elections) were showed as "Query still open -2 days to closing" on sunday" and today they were showing as "Query still open -6 days to closing".This mean that with each passing day the closing days is being added up.In this way these query's will never close. I feel that there is some bug/problem in the system.Please have a look into the matter. |
