Is it compulsory to take occupancy certificate from HUDA(Haryana/Gurgaon) after possesion letter issued by builder and the possesion is actually taken in 2005 itself by the owner. Wether it is mandatory for owner of the flat to get occupancy certificate
from HUDA or is it binding on the builder to provide that certificate to owner?
What are the charges if the owner has to pay for that particular flat in which it is actually 3 storied building.
Can i get the registration of the flat without the occupancy certificate ?
Pls clarify.
