The babies will always change color daily. If you want your baby to be fair do not use coconut oil to her skin as it will make her more dark. I think you can trying using Johnson baby oil/Light olive

Usually in india the dr's prefer to give only mothers milk till 6months, after only start giving cereal to the baby. So u can wait for a while instead start giving solids
