My wife and my mom are never in good terms. My mother used to be snobbish when we got married to her daughter-in-law. As if my wife is not worthy of me. This kind of feeling although not directly given out, but my wife sensed it. This lead into straining of my wife's relationships with my parents. Many fights and arguments got on and after couple of years, other family members arranged for a truce, talked it over and peace was restored. But even after that memories of those strained relationships stillinger in wife's mind. SInce she is housewife, she has ample time to think about the bad words, abuses,fights which my mother had with my wife. My wife still spends 90% of time thinking all those things and weeping day in and day out. She doesnt want to meet my parents, & because of this frustrations she always fights with me. We have a 2 yr old kid and she's 2nd time pregnant. Inspite of all these distractons she has sleepless nights, always with negative thoughts about past and future. Pls suggest.

Dear Mrs. Gopakumar,
I am a 30 year old Indian national working in India and wish to get married to my fiancee who is a French citizen and presently in France.Could you please advice on hich would be easier to do,i.e have a wedding in France or India? Also in case of getting married in India what are the rules and laws governing the same? We sish to settle in France for the next few years atleast after the wedding..how can I get a visa for her ? Is she eleigible for dual nationality?
