The termination of service will be guided by the contact that u have signed with the employer and if it says ur contract may be terminated without assigning any reason and no compensation be paid then

If you have completed your 3 Months periods leaving the Company, you can request the PF Withdrawl directly from the Office of PF Commissioner.

Company by any chance cannot hold the PF of any employee. You have 2 options with you.
1. You can continue with the PF account with your new employer. All you have to do is update your new employer
