Gud evng..My name is swathi.i completed M.tech Biotechnology.i am wishing to do job now.but in life science companies they are asking PHD and experience.for PHD next i have to spend minimum 5 years.its late process.i have also another chance.based om my b.tech i can shift to software field.but iam in dilemma which one is best for me.either lifescience or software.can u please give suggestion?
