I want to stock up on some ready to cook Idli Mix.

So, what is the best brand of ready to cook Idli Mix that you suggest I buy?

Any recipe for making a powdered version of chutney(for idlis) to which if I just add water/lemon juice, will be ready in a minute? Thanks.

Subject: In New Jersey, where can I find Saffola oil?
Hello, I am currently staying in plainsboro near princeton in New jersy.I am currently lokking for saffola oil.Checked indian grocery like patel and subji mandi and also some american grocery like whole foods,wegmans etc but i could not find saffola oil.Can somebody pls let me know in which grocery store (Indian or American)i could find saffola oil.Thanks for your reply.
