after(going to usa) 3 months my husband has changed to employeer2 without informing the employeer1.My husband's job is fine with employeer2 now.But the problem is embassy counsellers are asking abt those 3 months with employeer1.am thinking that employer1 will not give any explanation letter beacause my husband did not inform them.please suggest me how to solve this query?

I have following question regarding my wife's H4 visa stamping.
I have H1B visa stamp on my PASSPORT for previous employer which is valid till Oct 2007.
My wife has scheduled interview for H4 stamping on Nov 27.
Now as I got new H1B approved with New Employer, is it necessary to get it stamped on my passport before my wife goes for her H4 interview(stamping)?
Also what all documents I need to send to my wife so that she won't have any issue in H4 stamping.
It would be really nice if I get this information as soon as possible so that if the stamping is necessary I will make some arrangements for the same.

I am in the US for almost 4 yrs on a L-1A visa and my current employer is not sponsoring a GC. Is it possible for another potential employer to directly sponsor me for a GC or do I have to go through the H-1B route?

Hi,
I have my H1b visa valid until Dec-17-06.I got my extension until 2009.
If I go to Canada in Nov-06 for revalidation, even though my visa is valid and stamped until Dec-2006, if some thing goes wrong and new visa is not been issued, am I still eligible for re-entering into US as my old visa is good until Dec-06 OR shall I have to visit my home country for revalidation?
BTW, I have all my w2,pay stubs,certificates and etc Except one experiance letter for the company for which I worked for 3yr's in India.

1. I received the H1B approval without a I94 form.Is it possible to get stamping done in Canada?I'm not in a position to go to Chennai right now.
2. My Husband is on his 7th year H1B extension. I have also received the H4 extension I797 form.Should my husband get his H1B visa stamped on his passport before i get my H4 stamped or can H4 stamping be done with my I797 approval form?
3. When i go out of the country for H1 stamping, in case of a rejection, can i show my H4 documents to get a stamping or should i take another appointment for that?
