Question:  Hello Advisors,

With Food Prices increasing consistently, a bit of planning and budgeting has become necessary. Your advice and guidance could be of much help.

1 - How can food costs for a family of four be kept to budget in spite of the hike in food prices?

2 - What are the items that one can miss without altering the daily vegetarian menu too much and ensure food costs are kept to budget?

3 - Any delicious recipes that utilize the more affordable vegetables?
