I had a butterfly mixie, but it gave lots of troubles. So planning to get another mixie from India. I am confused to decide between preethi, national or butterfly. Can u please tell me d official website for national mixie so that i can look into d different models n choose d apt one. please help me coz mixie has to be purchased immediately as one of our friends are starting in a week from India to come to U.S.

I am not aware of a gas operated oven which uses sand for making cakes. But I have a simple oven oven which is put on a gas burner. It is used to make chapaati, cake and biscuits.

Kadai for depp fry in US |

Hi ammas,
Iam visting the site afetr a long time. My son is 1 year now so little relief . I would like to know where I can buy a kadai or deep fry pan in US. My main purpose is for deep frys like vada/pakoda. Iam looking for the one we have in India which are "U" shaped meaning there is no flat base. This way I can use less oil for frying and do not have to worry about re-using. I searched some websites and found a premier "Appam Pan" . The picture is not very clear.Not sure if this is the one Iam looking for. Any recommendations on websitesplaces where I can buy
are appreciated. Also Is "kadai" teh right term .
