The best way would probably be overnight with Fedex or UPS,
If i was you i would make the canvas a specially box... with a soft material around such as a tissue, cotton balls etc..

hai 1stly u must cover the canvas tightly & cover it.keep a side where there in no bending
side.cover it with soft like sponge & with box.

Pack them with bubble sheets so that your canvas paintings will not be damaged by any chance.
