I need an educational loan of Rs 8-10 lakhs for studies abroad. I'm 28, my parents are retired. I can put up my residential flat as a collateral worth 20-25 lakhs. Will I get a bank loan?

hi ,
I have taken a education loan from Bank of India and currently I am in US in second year of my MBA...however now the building in which I have the apartment which I have given as collateral is getting redeveloped..shuld i inform the bank abt this ..coz anyways after redevelopment my apartment net worth will go up ..but im worried that bank might cancel my loan if they come to know that my apartment will be destroyed and rebuilt again...any advice will be highly appreciated ..thanks

Now in 2008 the duration of the suggested cource pgpmi is reduced from one year to 6 months and the fee amount is 60000 rs instead of 200000 so can we get loan right now?? beause the cource is not authorised by AICTE banks are refusing to give the loan. what should we do...from where we can have the loan.
