Drinking alcohol --
In India more especially in South India drinking alcohol is considered a taboo.
It is normally consumed by higher class(very rich) society people in parties or by labour class people in arrack shops. Nowadays this habit is creeping into younger section of middle class also -- soft ware engineer boys/girls resort to drinking in office/friends parties.
I remember to have been told that drinking alcohol "moderately" is considered good for health in western countries.
Is it correct? What are your ideas on this? What is your experience in this regard.?
