Subject:  Will you ger peacefull life by donating/distributing the beggers ? are we not encouraging beggers ?
Question:  will you get peacefull lifeby donating/distributing to the beggers ? are we not encouraging them ? Normally disabled beople are begging at the street corners. Don't we do anything permanantly for their uplift ? I am much interested to enable them to make work in which they are interested. What way we can help them ? How many of us are ready to spare time for it ? Or simply through some coins on their face and can escape from the responsibilty ? any organisations/ngos are there to share the burden ? I dont get sympothy on them instead i alwas think to utilize their ability to feed them and get respect in society. Is there any channce ? I am not rich to organize this. But my hand will be there to show the solidairity and physical help . Please try to get/share with me to eradicate the begging by genuine handicapped people who really want to come out of the capitalless business (begging) to live respectfull life. Mostly I think the family members might have felt burden of them/or making them to get the effortless money for their survival. This may be our social problems which can be to some extent avoidable if our society put its hand.

Subject:  Is carrying percocet w/o prescription really that serious?
Question:  My cousine CP (20) has a court date set for Sept. She was found with 10 percocets in her possesion without a prescription. The pills were given to her from a friend for her mother who has been in and out of the ER for the past 2 mos. Her mother is constantly in severe pain. For fear that her mother would become too dependent on percocet, CP kept the pills in her purse and gave them to her mother on a as needed basis. CP met with her PD today who told her that it would be a difficult case to beat and that she could serve up to 3 yrs in prison. This is so unfortunate; she has worked so hard to do something positive with her life and now it seems like it's all falling to pieces. CP was a high school dropout who had so much potential. I guess it just took some time for her to realize that. When she did, she enrolled herself into a program for dropouts and graduated just last month with a 3.9 GPA. She plans to attend GSU in the Spring majoring in criminal justice. She has been through so much the past 2 months. It all started with the progression of her mother's illness, then it seemed like every week she was calling me with a new problem. I was always there to encourage her to be strong and stay focused on her goals and it always seemed to help some. But this, I think, is too much. She's losing hope. She cannot afford a lawyer and the public defender assigned to her doesn't even feel that she has a fighting chance...he already told her that her best bet is to plea guilty. People get off on much worse and they're actually guilty. I refuse to believe that it takes money to get justice...this cannot be the end for her. Please help

Your comment that people get off for much worse and they are even guilty, implies you believe your cousin is not guilty. She was found with 10 percosets in her possession, that makes her guilty of pos
