Subject: regarding US visas
dear amma, I am working in CTS with l1 visa. i got married last yr june 10th. my husband works for wipro and he has plans to quit the organisation and join another mnc for better opportunities. first of all basic reason behind this is to get a valid US visa so that he can join me in my Us visit. otherwise he has plans to accompany me on L2. which is a dependent cum work visa. is that advisable ? please advise me. The new mnc he is going to join also will ask him to wait for few months to get his visa stamped. incase if i have to visit US for an assignment he is putting more stress on L2. can you please advise me on the same?

Subject: H1 visa stamping for Technical Recruiter
Hi, I have a BE in Computer Engineering from India and a Masters in Human Resource Management from US, and I have joined an Indian consulting company as a technical recruiter. I am going for my stamping in India in January, which means after about 6-7 months of work. Does anyone have experience going for H1 stamping for Technical Recruiter? If yes, what kind of questions do you face in the consulate? Or anyother useful information that you could share..
