Hi Friends,
I am working in an international BPO as a tech support associate. i have over 6 years of experience and want to have career switch because i am fed up of night shifts and unclear future. no progress in job due to lot of politics and have lost interest. want to have my work life balanced. i am earning approx Rs.45000 per month and anything less than that would be very big problem. I am in bangalore and i am basically from Gujarat state of india. Want to go back to gujarat or at least any nearest city like mumbai or pune. I dont want to do night shifts any more. i am open to take up any short term courses but not courses like MBA for 2-3 years...i cant take this any more. Please suggest any possible career switch.
