|1. clean the carrots in running water. and seive it.|
2. Grate the carrots finely.
3. In a deep saucer pan add ghee and fry the carrot for 10 mins.
4. To that add milk and cook till the milk is reduced.
5. To that add sugar and cook till it comes out like halwa.
6. To that add cardamom powder and nuts.
7. Serve it hot or cold.
