Breakfast : Indian Omelet

|½ cup||onions finely chopped|
|1||green chilli finely chopped|
|salt to taste|
|pepper to taste|
|Beat all the above ingredients well.|
Heat a pan and spread ½ spoon butter.
Pour the batter and let cook well on both the sides. Serve hot with boiled sweet potatoes or with toasted bread as a sandwich.
