Tomato Raita

Number of servings: 3

Tomato raita is one of the common raitas prepared. This goes well with vegetable pulav, fried rice etc  

List of ingredients:
3 medium tomatoes  
2 Medium onion  
3 Medium green chilles  
1/2 Teaspoon salt  
1/4 Cup chopped coriander leaves  
2 Cup curd  

Cooking procedure
1. Chop tomatoes and onions into fine pieces.

2. Cut green chillies into small pieces and add it to tomatoes and onion.

3. Add curd salt and chopped coriander leaves.

4. Mix properly.

Enjoy your raita!!
Any additional information:
Prepare raita atleast 10 or 15 minutes before dinner/lunch so that the tomatoes and onions are properly soaked in curd.
