Bread Sandwich

Delecious Bread Sandwich
If you have lot of bread left out which have become bit hard or if you are tired of eating plain bread or toasted bread, here is a bread delight which I am sure you'd love. Try it out and you will know the reason why I am so sure that you'll love it.  

List of ingredients:

8 Slices bread  
3 Fresh carrots  
1 Teaspoon mustard  
1 Tablespoon cashew nuts  
1 medium tomato  
1 medium onion  
1 Teaspoon chilli powder  
1 Teaspoon garam masala powder  
1/4 Teaspoon salt or to taste  
1 Teaspoon lemon juice  
1 Teaspoon sugar  
1 Table Spoon ghee  

Cooking procedure
1. Grate carrots into midium. Chop tomatoes and onion into small pieces.

2. Keep oil in kadai and add oil, when its hot add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds stops crackling, add cashew nuts and fry for some time. Then add onion, tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, add grated carrots, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Cook till the raw smell is gone.

3. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F. Take a baking tray. Take one slice of bread and smear little ghee on the top. Put carrot inside and cover with another slice of bread. Smear little ghee on the top. Follow this for all bread slices.

4. Keep in tray and bake it for about 10-12 minutes till its brown in color. If you need more crispier then bake for more time.

Take out from oven and enjoy your sandwich.
Any additional information:
Bred sandwich tastes great when consumed hot. If you want to eat latter, store the carrot stuffing in fridge and prepare sandwich latter.
