| 1/4 tsp | turmeric powder | ||
| 1/2 tsp | red chilli powder | ||
| 2 tsp | dhania powder | ||
| 1/2 tsp | garam masala | ||
| 2 | large tomatoes(ground to puree) | ||
| 1 tsp | salt | ||
| 1 tbsp | coriander leaves finely chopped | ||
| Cooking procedure |

| 1. In a deep dish , microwave uncovered oil, onion , ginger and garlic for 4 mins. 2. Add Turmeric powder, dhania powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and mix well. 3. Add tomato puree. Mix it well and microwave hight for about 6 mins and stir once in between. 4. Add the shelled peas, potatoes and 1 cup water and mix well/ 5. Microwave covered for 7 mins or till the potatoes bnecomes soft. 6. Add salt and coriander leaves. 7. Microwave for 1 min. 8. Let it stant 3 mins and serve hot.
