Aloo Matar(Microwave recipe)

List of ingredients:

1 cup shelled fresh peas  
1 potato (cut into 1/2" cubes)  
2 medium onions(chopped finely)  
2 to 3 flakes garlic  
1/2" piece ginger(finely chopped)  
3 tbsps. oil  
1/4 tsp turmeric powder  
1/2 tsp red chilli powder  
2 tsp dhania powder  
1/2 tsp garam masala  
2 large tomatoes(ground to puree)  
1 tsp salt  
1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped  

Cooking procedure
1. In a deep dish , microwave uncovered oil, onion , ginger and garlic for 4 mins.

2. Add Turmeric powder, dhania powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and mix well.

3. Add tomato puree. Mix it well and microwave hight for about 6 mins and stir once in between.

4. Add the shelled peas, potatoes and 1 cup water and mix well/

5. Microwave covered for 7 mins or till the potatoes bnecomes soft.

6. Add salt and coriander leaves.

7. Microwave for 1 min.

8. Let it stant 3 mins and serve hot.
