Chutney : Mint and Cucumber

Number of servings: 6

List of ingredients:
½ cup mint  
¼ cup coriander leaves  
1 medium cucumber  
2 - 3 green chillies  
salt to taste  
a few spoons yogurt  

Cooking procedure
Blend mint, coriander, cucumber, chillies and salt in the blender. Add 1 or 2 spoon of yogurt if needed. That is it, your chutney is ready. Goes well with pakodas, bajjis, bondas, poppadams etc.
