| Cooking procedure |

| Heat olive oil in a pan, add your tomato puree, basil, oregano, bay leaf, cinnamon stick and salt and simmer for a few minutes. You can add some sweet paprika or a few red or green chillies if you want to. Just let the taste of the spices blend into the puree. That is it, your pizza sauce is ready. |
