Italian : Pizza Sauce

Number of servings: 1

List of ingredients:
¼ cup tomato puree  
½ spoon whole basil  
½ spoon whole oregano  
1 bay leaf  
1 cinnamon stick  
salt to taste  
a few spoons olive oil  

Cooking procedure
Heat olive oil in a pan, add your tomato puree, basil, oregano, bay leaf, cinnamon stick and salt and simmer for a few minutes. You can add some sweet paprika or a few red or green chillies if you want to. Just let the taste of the spices blend into the puree. That is it, your pizza sauce is ready.
Storage tips:
You can make large quantities of the sauce and store it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge.
