Number of servings: 2

List of ingredients:
1 cup water  
1 cup sugar  
3 - 4 lemons  

Cooking procedure
Bring water to a boil, add sugar and mix well. When the sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and cool. Squeeze the juice of the lemons and mix well. Whip it slightly if needed. While serving, half fill the glass with crushed ice, and pour the lemon juice over it and serve.
Storage tips:
The sugar and lemon mixture can be made much in advance and stored.
