Italian : Stuffed Pizza Base

This is just a simple Pizza Base, with
cheese stuffing. |

| Qty | Measure | Ingredient | Wt.(gms) |
| 1/4 cup | mozzarella cheese | |
| 1/8 cup | cheddar cheese | |
| a little | olive oil | |
| Cooking procedure |

| Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
Spread them out using a rolling pin.
Form a layer of both the cheeses.
On the other pizza base, apply olive oil and cover the other base, with the olive oil side
down.
Press the edges well to seal and then use this for your pizza base. |
