Dessert : Rawa Laddu

Number of servings: 5


List of ingredients:
1 cup fine rawa (sooji)  
3/4 cup powder sugar or icing sugar  
4 - 5 spoons milk  
1/8 cup ghee  
a handful cashews  
a handful almonds  

Cooking procedure
Dry roast the almonds and keep aside. Roast the cashews in ghee and keep aside. Heat ghee in a kadai and roast the rawa till well cooked. Now add the sugar mix well, till all the sugar is well incorporated.Add the milk and mix well. Remove from flame, mix the almonds and cashews, and make into laddus.
