Side Dish : Aloo 65

Number of servings: 5


List of ingredients:
5 cups pearl potatoes  
4 spoons spring onions  
salt to taste  
1/2 cup all purpose flour  
1/2 cup besan  
2 spoons ginger garlic paste  
4 spoons green chilly paste  
2 spoons chopped ginger  
2 spoons chopped garlic  

Cooking procedure
1/2 cook the potatoes.

Mix all purpose flour, besan, 1/2 of the ginger garlic paste, 1/2 of the green chilly paste, salt and make into a batter of medium consistency. Dip the potatoes in the batter and deep fry in heated oil till light brown. Heat 2spoons of oil in a skillet. Add chopped spring onions, garlic, ginger, ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste and cook till onions are light brown in color. Add salt and cook for 10minutes. Add the fried potatoes and mix them well and cook for 2minutes.
