Italian : Simple Pizza Base

This is a recipe for making simple plain Pizza Bases. This is good for making regular pizzas.  

List of ingredients:

½ cup warm water  
1 package active dry yeast  
3 cups all-purpose flour  
½ spoon salt  
4 - 5 spoons butter / olive oil  
1 spoon sugar (optional)  

Cooking procedure
Add the dry yeast in warm water, mix and leave it for sometime to foam. Take flour in a large bowl, add salt and sugar and mix. Make a depression in the middle and pour in the yeast, add butter / olive oil and water and make a nice dough. Knead the dough well; add a little more flour if needed and make sure the dough does not stick to your hands. Cover and place in a warm place for about 1 hour, or till the flour has risen considerably. Press the dough with your hands to deflate it, and knead again for sometime. You will notice that the dough has become quite soft now. You can either stretch the dough or use a rolling pin to make your pizza base.
