Drink : Pistachios Milk Shake

Number of servings: 2

A quick and easy drink, which everyone likes.  

List of ingredients:
ΒΌ cup unsalted pistachios  
1 cup milk  
3 - 4 spoons sugar  
a few chopped unsalted pistachios  
1 scoop ice cream  
a little whipped cream (optional)  

Cooking procedure
Boil and cool the milk. Remove shell and make a fine powder of the pistachios in the mixer. Add sugar and milk and blend well. You can increase or decrease the sugar depending on how sweet you want it. Pour into the serving glass; top it with a scoop of ice cream. Add some whipped cream if you like. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the milk shake and serve cold.
