Drinks : Mango Lassi


Number of servings: 2


A quick and easy drink, which everyone likes.  

List of ingredients:
QtyMeasureIngredientWt.(gms)
2 ripe mangoes  
1 cup yogurt  
5 spoons sugar  
a few ice cubes  

Cooking procedure
Lightly whip the yogurt and keep aside. Peel the mangoes; cut and puree along with the sugar to make a thick pulp. Increase or decrease the amount of sugar depending on how sweet the mango is. Remove from the blender and add the whipped yogurt. Pour into a glass and serve with a few ice cubes.
Any additional information:
You can substitute the mangoes with 1 cup of mango pulp.
