| Cooking procedure |

| 1. Add Ghee in pressure pan and heat. Add the masala items cloves, cinnamom, cardamom and bay
leaves.Soak the Basmathi rice for 15 mins. 2. Add the chopped onion(lenghtwise) and fry till its transparent . Add ginger garlic paste. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and fry. Add all the vegetables and fry. 4.Grind the green chilles, pudina and coriander leaves together. 5. Add the green chilli paste to the vegetables and cook for 3 mins. 6. Add the soaked basmati rice and add 11/2 cup of water and pressure cook for 2 sounds. 7. Serve hot with raita and chips. |
