Side Dish : Beans Kobbari Koora

Number of servings: 4

List of ingredients:
1 cup freshly grated coconut  
1 cup steemed beens  
salt to taste  
Popu (seasoning)
½ spoon chana dal  
½ spoon urad dal  
½ spoon jeera  
½ spoon mustard seeds  
4- 5 curry leaves  
4- 5 spoons oil  
3 red chillies  
3 chopped green chillies  

Cooking procedure
Heat oil in a pan, add chana dal, urad dal, jeera and mustard seeds, when the mustard seeds begin to splitter, add the green chillies, red chillies and curry leaves. When the chillies get a little brown, add salt, beans and grated coconut. Stir for about 5 mins. When the coconut gets slightly golden brown, your side dish is done. Serve hot with plain rice and ghee, or sambhar rice.
