  Perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day  

List of ingredients:
1 ½ glasses milk  
1 ripe banana  
5 spoons sugar  

Cooking procedure
Boil and cool the milk. Blend the banana with the milk, add sugar and serve chilled with a little vanilla ice cream or vanilla essence. Follow the same procedure for mango or strawberry.
