| Soak the almonds overnight in water, and remove the skin. If you don’t have the time to, place
the almonds in a microwave safe container. Pour water so as to immerse them and microwave on
high for 3 mins. Let it cool. Remove the skin. Take another microwave safe container, add milk
the almonds and saffron and microwave till the milk boils. You can do this on the stovetop as
well. Let it cool and blend till the almonds get pureed. You can also dry grind the almonds
and then boil them in the milk. Add sugar and serve cold or hot. |
