Chutney : Pudina

Number of servings: 4

Spicy chutney that goes well with samosas, bajjis, pakodas, bondas, and even as a spread in sandwiches.  

List of ingredients:
2 cups pudina leaves  
1 cup corriander leaves  
4 green chillies  
2 spoons ginger  
salt to taste  
some curds  
juice of half a lemon  

Cooking procedure
Finely grind all the ingredients in a blender. Add more curds or butter milk if required. Well that is it; your simple easy to make pudina chutney is ready to be served.
Storage tips:
Can be refrigerated in an air tight container for upto 2 weeks.
