cucumber raita

Very cool and good for health. Goes with all briyanis and pulao  

List of ingredients:
1 cup yogurt  
1 cup cucumber chopped  
a pinch of salt  
coriander leaves to decorate  

Cooking procedure
To a cup of yougurt add pepper and salt mix.

Add chopped cucumber and mix.

Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Ready to be served.
