Boodhi Raita

Number of servings: 4

Goes good with fried rice and vegetable puloa.  

List of ingredients:
1 cup boodhi  
1 cup yogurt  
1/2 tsp pepper powder  
1/4 tsp chilli powder  
a pinch of salt  
coriander leaves to decorate  

Cooking procedure
To a cup of yougurt add pepper,salt and chilli powder and mix.

Add the Boodhi and mix it.

Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Any additional information:
Always prepare the raita when its ready to be served.

Or else the Boodhi will get soaked in the yougurt and will not taste very good.
