Boodhi Raita

Goes good with fried rice and vegetable
puloa. |

| Qty | Measure | Ingredient | Wt.(gms) |
| 1 cup | boodhi | |
| 1 cup | yogurt | |
| 1/2 tsp | pepper powder | |
| 1/4 tsp | chilli powder | |
| | a pinch of salt | |
| | coriander leaves to decorate | |
| Cooking procedure |
To a cup of yougurt add pepper,salt and chilli powder and mix.
Add the Boodhi and mix it.
Garnish it with coriander leaves. |

Always prepare the raita when its ready to be served.
Or else the Boodhi will get soaked in the yougurt and will not taste
very good. |
