| Goes good with fried rice and vegetable
|List of ingredients:|
| ||1 cup ||boodhi ||
| ||1 cup ||yogurt ||
| ||1/2 tsp ||pepper powder ||
| ||1/4 tsp ||chilli powder ||
| || ||a pinch of salt ||
| || ||coriander leaves to decorate ||
|To a cup of yougurt add pepper,salt and chilli powder and mix.|
Add the Boodhi and mix it.
Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Or else the Boodhi will get soaked in the yougurt and will not taste
