Microwave Paneer Cake

Well just try it.  

List of ingredients:

1 LB ricotta cheese (micelles brand)  
1 Cup carnation dry milk  
1/2 Cup sugar  
2 Teaspoons cardamom powder  
1/2 Cup melted butter  

Cooking procedure
Grease a Microwave dish (wide with 1 inch depth).

In a separate bowl mix all the ingredients gently (do not put any pressure). Just mix thoroughly but very gently.

Pour the mixture into the Microwave dish. Do flatten the top of the mixture to form a 1 inch uniform layer.

Now place in a microwave at high power for 5 minutes.

Then on cook in the microwave on medium for 5 minutes. Repeat for about 3 more times appx or until done (to test if it is done just dip a fork and when you remove it nothing should be sticking.

Cool the cake. Invert to a different vessel. Cut into diamonds and see if your guests do not want the recipe.
