Tomato chutney.


Number of servings: 2


Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 4 green chillies, 2 red dried chillies, tamarind pulp 2 spoons if u want the chutney to be sour, 1/2 spoon mustard seeds, 1/2 spoon jeera, 1/4 spoon asafoetida, salt to taste, corriander a liitle for taste. Procedure: 1. Heat kadai. 2. pour oil in it and when the oil is hot add mustard, jeera,dried red chillies, green chillies and finally asfoetida. 3.When the seasoning is done add tomatoes to it and let them be cooked. 4.After cooking the tomatoes add slat to it and before turning off the stove add corrinader to it. 5.Thne grind all the ingredinets into paste and have it along with rice.
