Jam cake

Number of servings: 2

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup maida, 1/2 cup jam of ur choice, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/4 spoon baking powder, 1 spoon vanilla essence. Procedure: 1.Sieve the maida and baking powder 3 times. 2.Beat eggs well and melted buttre to it and beta well. 4.Then add the jam to it and mix it well.. 3.Then add the mixture of maida and baking powder to it. 5. After mixing all the ingredients well without any lumps, add vanilla esence to it. 6.Grease the baking dish and then dust it with maida. 7.Pour the cake batter in the baking dish and let it bake for 30mins.
