| 1) Boil and mash the Potatoes. 2)chop all the vegetables into small pieces. 3) Fry all the vegetables, add the mashed potato. 4) Add chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well and at last add the coriander leaves. 5) shape it into cutlets. 6) Mix maida with water(thinly). Keep the bread crumps ready. 7)Dip the cutlets into maida and roll it over the bread crumbs until fully covered. 8) then deep fry it till golden brown and serve hot. Picture from:www.kumudam.com |
