Khurkuri Chaat

This easy snack delight can be made for a quick bite in the evenings or when you have unexpected guest at tea time.  

List of ingredients:

Ingredients:
1 cup soaked boiled channa (white channa)  
2 in number potatoes  
1/2 cup chopped onions  
1 cup fried, crushed papad (use the urad pepper papad)  
3 tbsp roasted peanuts  
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves  
1 tsp mustard oil  
1/2 tsp red chilli powder  
1 tsp chaat masala  
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)  

Cooking procedure
Method: Step 1: Boil the soaked channa until soft in a pressure cooker by adding a pinch of baking soda. Step 2: Boil, Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes. Step 3: Deep fry the papad in hot oil. Allow to cool and crush roughly to form pieces. Step 4: combine all the ingredients (also the channa, poatoes and papad) and toss well in a mixing bowl. Serve immediately.
Storage tips:
Best when fresh.
