| This easy snack delight can be made for a
quick bite in the evenings or when you have
unexpected guest at tea time.
|List of ingredients:|
|1 ||cup ||soaked boiled channa (white channa) ||
|2 ||in number ||potatoes ||
|1/2 ||cup ||chopped onions ||
|1 ||cup ||fried, crushed papad (use the urad pepper papad) ||
|3 ||tbsp ||roasted peanuts ||
|2 ||tbsp ||chopped coriander leaves ||
|1 ||tsp ||mustard oil ||
|1/2 ||tsp ||red chilli powder ||
|1 ||tsp ||chaat masala ||
|1/2 ||tsp ||salt (or to taste) ||
Step 1: Boil the soaked channa until soft in a pressure cooker by adding a pinch of
Step 2: Boil, Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.
Step 3: Deep fry the papad in hot oil. Allow to cool and crush roughly to form pieces.
Step 4: combine all the ingredients (also the channa, poatoes and papad) and toss well in
a mixing bowl. Serve immediately.|
