Carrot Gheer

Number of servings: 4

This very similar to badam gheer and tastes very good.  

List of ingredients:
1/4 Kg carrot  
1/2 litre milk  
100 grams sugar  
15 cashewnut  
15 badham  

Cooking procedure
First grate the carrot and cook it till its done. Then cool the carrot and Add little milk and Grind it in the mixer. Boil the Milk and when it little bit thickends add the mashed carrot and sugar. Cool the above mixture then add fine chopped cashew and Badam. Keep it in fridge and serve cold
Any additional information:
(if you want you can add saffron to it)
