||A common Indian dish made from Palak/Spinach and Paneer.|

|Cut the Paneer into cubes and deep-fry till golden brown in ghee and immedietely dip them
in cold water so that paneer does not becomes hard.|
Wash spinach and chop into small pieces. Cook with little water along with chillies till palak is done. Add a pinch of baking soda to retain the green colour of spinach.
Meanwhile boil 1 cup of water. Add whole tomato to it and boil for 5 - 10 minutes. Peel the skin of tomatao and blend into fine puree.
Take half onion and make 4 pieces in that. Fry them in 2 tsp of ghee/oil till slight brown in colour. Chop the other half onion into fine pieces.
Grind onion and spinach into fine paste.
Keep oil in kadai. Add mustard, when it stops spluttering add chopped onion and fry for 10 minutes. Add tomato puree and cook till oil comes out from tomato. Add spinach puree, salt and cook for 10 minutes. Add paneer cubes and turn off the heat.
Enjoy with chapati or rice.
