This is perhaps the most nutritious food in Breakfast section since its made of all dals. One more interesting fact about this is , this dosa will never stick to tawa. Also the batter need not be fermented. |

| Cooking procedure |

| Soak all dals for aboout 6 - 8 hours . Grind it along with red chillies and salt. Mix little hing and coconut. Keep tawa for heating. Once heated, pour one large spoon of batter on to tawa and spread it out. Put one teaspoon of oil. Fry adai on both sides. |
