Adai with mango pickle.
This is perhaps the most nutritious food in Breakfast section since its made of all dals. One more interesting fact about this is , this dosa will never stick to tawa. Also the batter need not be fermented.  

List of ingredients:
QtyMeasureIngredientWt.(gms)
1 Cup rice  
1 Cup urad dal (black gram dal)  
1 Cup toor dal (red gram dal)  
1/2 Cup channa dal (bengal gram dal)  
1/2 Cup moong dal (green gram dal)  
15 Whole red chillies  
pinch asafoetida (hing)  
To taste salt  
Little grated coconut  

Cooking procedure
Soak all dals for aboout 6 - 8 hours .

Grind it along with red chillies and salt.

Mix little hing and coconut.

Keep tawa for heating. Once heated, pour one large spoon of batter on to tawa and spread it out. Put one teaspoon of oil. Fry adai on both sides.
Any additional information:
You can store the batter in fridge for atleast minimum of one weak.
