Indian Salsa

Try this. It tastes good with Chips and
also serves well as a side item with Indian
food. |

| 1/2 | Teaspoon | musturd seeds | |

| Cooking procedure |
| 1. Wash the tomatoes. Boil the whole tomatoes for 5 minutes in a dish. Cool. Peal the
skins off. Purre (not too much) with a hand blender. Add salt to taste.
2. In a teaspoon of hot oil season with Urad dal, musturd seeds and curry leaves. When
the musturd seeds sprout add the green chillies and roast for a minute. Add to the tomato
purre. Chill and serve with chips or food. |
