Try this. It tastes good with Chips and also serves well as a side item with Indian food.  

List of ingredients:
2 Large tomatos  
2 green chilies (cut to circles)  
1 Teaspoon urad dal  
1/2 Teaspoon musturd seeds  
curry leaves  

Cooking procedure
1. Wash the tomatoes. Boil the whole tomatoes for 5 minutes in a dish. Cool. Peal the skins off. Purre (not too much) with a hand blender. Add salt to taste. 2. In a teaspoon of hot oil season with Urad dal, musturd seeds and curry leaves. When the musturd seeds sprout add the green chillies and roast for a minute. Add to the tomato purre. Chill and serve with chips or food.
